Assalamualaykum.
I've arrived at the US several days ago and I'm planning to live in Riverhead, NY for 4 months.
The 1st thing I'm looking for is the nearest mosque or islamic center to come on Friday to pray. I did not find anything in Riverhead, but I guess there must be sth nearer than NYC
I want to find out about exact direction to pray, the accurate salah timetables and just to stay in touch with brothers )))
I will be very grateful for any help or advice
